    We are currently looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic and forward thinking team! This is a full time position. We are located in downtown Toronto in TD South Tower, a 5 minute walk from union station.. . .

    Responsibilities:
    - Working with major brands running influencer marketing campaigns
    - Develop and manage communications processes with Social Media Influencers

    - Main point of contact for influencers and assisting in communication with senior brand executives

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities include:
    - Provide professional and confidential support to senior level management
    - Researching agencies, member associations, and channel partners
    - Entering and verifying customer information into CRM System Salesforce while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data being put into the system
    - Answering phone, emails and receiving visitors when needed
    - General office duties such as filing, printing/scanning documents

    What You’ll Need:
    - Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram etc.
    - Passion and enthusiasm for social media
    - Experience working with Salesforce is an asset
    - Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

    We are currently looking for a Book Keeper - Part time to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team.

    We are in downtown Toronto in the TD South Tower, a 5-minute walk from union station.

    Responsibilities

    - Performs bookkeeping and payroll duties including staff & client payrolls, bank deposits & reconciliations, accounts payable and other client payments
    - Prepares and balances appropriate T4 series forms
    - Maintains bookkeeping files
    - Performs clerical and other related duties as required
    - Prepares and maintains Receiver General, WCB, MSP, employee benefits and other mandatory remittances

    Qualifications

    - Minimum 2-year diploma in a related field, with a second-year accounting/payroll designation and minimum 5 years bookkeeping and payroll experience
    - Must have excellent computer skills and willingness to upgrade computer skills, as required
    - Demonstrated ability to perform multi tasks in an environment where priorities can change rapidly
    - Demonstrated ability to manage and operate a computerized accounting and payroll system
    - Good time management skills and the ability to anticipate and manage a changing workflow
    - Good oral and written communication skills

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
    • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
    • Coordinate all public relations activities
    • Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
    • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
    • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
    • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
    • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
    • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.

    Requirements

    • Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews

    Each day our Digital Sales Executives actively network with Brands to discuss their needs to provide comprehensive and powerful social media campaigns to better engage their customers. Our sales floors focus on identifying new business opportunities, cold calling and relationship building. They focus on full sales cycles and developing a book of business.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of Digital/ Advertising sales experience
    • Minimum of three years of business to business inside sales experience.
    • Experience developing a new territory including lead generation and cold calling.
    • Results oriented.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Energetic self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Able to sell to C-level executives (CEO, CMO, President, VP, Director Level, etc…)
    • Organized and detail oriented with professional presentation ability.

    • Responsible for handling Digital Creative Content
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams

    Requirements:

    • 5 years experience within the Digital/ Advertising space
    • 5 years experience producing web and social media content
    • Good content/editorial judgement
    • Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English.
    • Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.
    • Knowledge of industry best-practices, including content delivery standards and usability
